SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data is collected and processed only to the extend required for website operation, as well as services and content offered by our website. For clarification, we will use an example: when you register on our website – by logging in, completing a survey or by signing up for a newsletter – personal data is collected and processed upon your consent. However, there are cases where it is not possible to give consent at the same time due to circumstances, as allowed by the provisions on the collection of personal data.

Your data is protected by encrypting the stream of information that is transferred between your website and our server. In order to do that, we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This encryption gives us a guarantee that the data you send is fully confidential and secure.

Personal Data Controller while processing data, shall comply with the current regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/W (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ No. 119, p. 1).

LIMITING THE PURPOSE

The Regulation does not impose a certain retention period for personal data, so there is no limit in days, months or even years.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that we process and store your personal data only for as long as we are required to fulfil our storage purposes or as long as required of us by law or regulations.

“COOKIES” – FILES SENT BY A WEBSITE AND STORED IN USER BROWSER
